30-Day Return Policy
We offer a full 100% refund on unmounted loose diamonds returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to intact security packaging.
Mandatory Return Requirements
1. Intact Tamper-Evident Security Loop
Every diamond is dispatched inside a sealed security cassette with a numbered tamper tag. Once cut or peeled, the stone cannot be returned as provenance cannot be guaranteed.
2. Original Laboratory Dossier Included
The original physical GIA or IGI laminated grading report must be returned. If missing or damaged, the laboratory’s fee for re-issuing the report will be deducted from your refund.
3. Inbound Forensic Loupe Re-Inspection
Upon arrival at our vault, our senior gemologists examine the girdle laser inscription under 20x magnification to confirm exact diamond identity prior to refund release.
How to send a diamond back
Please don’t post a diamond back yourself. Email info@keianluxandor.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, and we’ll arrange the collection with you.
International orders
International return eligibility, collection arrangements, insurance, customs documentation and return-shipping costs must be confirmed in writing before an international order is accepted. The domestic return process above should not be treated as confirmation of an international return arrangement.
